Spread across 3 levels, this family villa is ideal for multi-generation holidays. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and bunk beds in the games room, it accommodates up to 4 children. The main entertainment area, on the upper level, features a lounge, dining areas, and a modern kitchen. Access the private balcony with ocean views, a pool, and a gas BBQ. The middle level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one en-suite, plus a guest toilet. The lower level includes the fourth bedroom (en-suite) and a games room with TV, couches, and a pool table. Two bunk beds accommodate 4 children. Access the patio with a plunge pool. Equipped with battery backups for load shedding, the property ensures uninterrupted light and entertainment. Gas HOB and BBQ make cooking hassle-free. The bunk beds are for children under the age of 16 only. A maximum of 8 adults can be accommodated at the property. Road noise may be experienced during peak traffic times. This is a semi-detached home in a complex shared with 3 other homes. LOAD SHEDDING BACK UP Powered: Lights, entertainment, wifi & all of the plugs in the property. Hours are usage dependant. Not Powered: Plugs in kitchen don't work during loadshedding, including A/C, washer, dryer, electric oven & geysers - also excluded from the power backup. What Doesn’t Require: Gas stove works throughout. HOUSEKEEPING Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request. CHILD POLICY This home welcomes all ages. SMOKING POLICY This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside. NOISE POLICY This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise monitoring device. All bookings with us require NoxCover. This is administrated by SuperHog, a globally recognised trust and safety company.
