This stunning river side villa sits on the edge of the Keurbooms River, just outside Plettenberg Bay. The house has four bedrooms, three upstairs with wonderful river views. Each bedroom is elegantly and simply furnished and each room has a walk-in dressing room. The main bedroom is en-suite; the other two bedrooms share a huge bathroom and shower plus double wash basins. There is a separate toilet and washbasin. These bedrooms all walk out onto a spacious balcony which overlooks the river. The fourth bedroom is downstairs with its own bathroom with a large shower, sink and toilet. There is an open plan lounge, prep bar and dining area. Additionally, there is a fully fitted kitchen and additional laundry area beyond. The entire living room opens out onto a huge furnished veranda - stunning views from here. The facilities include Wi-Fi, full DSTV and a full time housekeeper, Monday to Friday. You cannot fail to have the most enjoyable and relaxing break in this beautiful spot. If you want tranquillity and beauty, with easy access to Plettenberg Bay, this place gives it all. Our past tenants book to come back again.
I love being able to offer this wonderful riverside villa to our visitors who come from all over the world. I am the Academic Director of eta College; a private college offering qualifications for the sport and fitness industry. I love walking teh beaches of Plett, taking bike rides, paddling on the river and reading on the veranda. I love reading, movies and series and travelling far and wide to visit family and friends around the world.
This is a private estate nestled between the Keurbooms and Bitou rivers, hence the name Twin Rivers Estate. We are 6 km beyond Plettenberg Bay, on the road to Port Elizabeth. Its peaceful and the area is a gift from nature with springbok, otters, bird life and sea life in abundance. You can get into town easily and there is a farm stall nearby with a deli, bakery and fresh fruit and veg.
