Everything was spotlessly clean and cozy. The whole house was beautifully decorated for Christmas - we felt welcome and at home from the first moment. The Lodge is located on a hill, surrounded by mountains and forest. It's about a 15-minute drive from Golden Downtown. We loved the peace and quiet (sitting in a hot tub while looking at the snowy mountain peaks), while being able to go out for dinner and walks by car.

The host is amazing, Kat was so helpful, provided great advice for timings to move around the area and places to have dinner. Her breakfast are a feast!! Everything you can wish for, is there and she gave us fruit to take in our walks with us. Canyon Ridge is perfectly located to visit Golden suspension bridge, Buffalo Farm and YOho National Park.
