Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The Merchants House is right in the centre of old town, which is excellent for walking around and seeing Tallinn’s medieval attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast was delicious!
All was just great! Stuff, food, pool, sauna! Special thanks to the restaurant, when it was about to be closed in 10 minutes in the evening, they let us in and have a delicious dinner!
Older Guest house outside of the Tallinn city center. One bed room is really small but with everything what you need. Shared fully equipped kitchen with coffee/tea for free is next to the room, shared toilet in the hallway. Shared bathroom for downstairs rooms is quite far away normally used for a sauna. Parking is in the front yard. The host showed me everything.
The Guest House is located in Kadriorg district, which has a historical aura and easy access to vast green spaces. You can get to the Old Town in 20-25 min (walking) or just take the tram. I enjoyed staying in a wooden building. The room was small but well organized. I could work by the table and open the window to a garden, which was lovely in the summer. The staff is very forthcoming and friendly. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. If you're staying there, you might want to check out NOP Cafe for your lunch or dinner.
