Friendly staff, fabulous food and a cosy atmosphere. The room was great for what we needed - a clean bolt hole before a day at the golf. We were arriving late and rang ahead - Kim kindly let us order from the kitchen to have hot meals when we arrived. Superb customer service and delicious food.

We enjoyed an afternoon at the spa, and a very tasty dinner in the restaurant, followed by a really good breakfast. The staff were lovely, especially on Reception and in the main bar.

Room was super clean and spacious and had nice toiletries and an amazing view over the golf course. Access to the hotel is by car from Woking, so for us was a 10min car ride with a local taxi from the train station. Breakfast is nice and a lot of choice, lunch/ dinner in bar XIX was great and all staff super friendly. All in all, a great stay!anaGroup
