The staff were friendly and helpful. We also had dinner in the restaurant the evening before since it was convenient to the SNHU arena. Again, we were happily surprised by how much we enjoyed our meals. Again the wait staff was exceptional. The room was large, clean and comfortable.

Where do I start - had a reservation but hotel wanted to put me on 3rd floor as the elevator was not working. I am 64 years old so cannot carry heavy bads up 3 flights. They did put me on 1st floor then but this was just the beginning of my nightmare.
