Located 4 km from La Mauricie National Park, Maison Cadorette is a bed and breakfast offering 5 air-conditioned rooms, each with its own private bathroom, mini-fridge and coffee maker. Nadine and Pierre were incredible hosts and made us feel right at home. They were very friendly and welcoming, we were lucky to be there during the national holiday, and their special evening. The accommodation was perfectly located for visiting the national park and the rooms were comfortable and cozy!

Auberge drakkar ligger i Shawinigan, 1,2 km från La Cite de l'Energie och 500 meter från Espace Shawinigan. Privat parkering erbjuds utan extra kostnad. Alla rum har eget badrum med badkar. Just a 30min drive to Mauricie National Park and 10min to Shawinigan with restaurants, gas stations and supermarkets. Parking in front of the motel for free. Rooms were very clean and well equipped. Breakfast is included and was good for the price you pay. The best asset of the hotel are the owner and the staff who were very helpful and friendly.

Located at the entrance of Mauricie National Park, this Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc inn offers wildlife observation excursions and a restaurant that serves game meat. All rooms include a private bathroom. Lovely, quiet location, spotless rooms, delicious supper one evening reflecting traditional northern Quebec fare (extra price and has to be booked), as well as the very ample breakfasts if you pay a supplement to get a full meal rather than continental breakfast. Very relaxing stay for two nights.

Just 10 minutes’ drive from Mauricie National Park, this rustic inn in Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc offers a view of Lake Bellemare. It features an on-site restaurant and guest rooms with a private bathroom.... We were done with our visit in Montreal and booked an accommodation close in nature. After the hectic city, we were greeted with this cozy 'auberge' that served amazing wine and food, whilst having an incredible view over the lake. The eight course diner and accompanying wines were perfectly combined. We booked 2 hours before arriving and were given a room with lake view. The room, with its amazing view, can only be described as luxurious. Would definitely recommend this experience to everybody.

Auberge Pique Nique ligger i Shawinigan, 10 km från La Cite de l'Energie, och erbjuder boende med en gemensam lounge, gratis privat parkering och grillmöjligheter. The rooms are what you would expect any motel room to be, but the grounds are lovely and it makes all the difference. Very nice well kept lawn all around, they have picnic tables and even a BBQ grill you can use (buy your own coal).

Hôtel Énergie Shawinigan is located on the St. Maurice River. It has an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and on-site restaurant. Guests receive free access to a nearby sports facility. The kids particularly enjoyed the gym, pool and spa.
