Wow, so many positive things to say about this posada. The most notable was the sunset/sunrise view from right outside our room. We would just lay there mesmerized on the hammocks! Second, the breakfast was delicious (usually eggs, toast, fruit juice and coffee). Third, the hosts are just absolutely wonderful people and made you feel like you were staying at home. They even dropped us off at our other BnB at the end of our stay as we no longer had a moped. Finally, there was Wifi available that worked fairly well considering it can be spotty on the island.

Posada Miss Portia offers accommodation in Providencia. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Guests will get to the island via airplane or Catamaran departing from San Andres Island. Great location, right next to an amazing dive shop and the best beach on the island. Everything was spotless and clean, kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. Aircon super cold and Miss Portia is wonderful :)

The most gracious family, amazingly comfortable bed, kitchen available, staff available to help with accessing transportation, tours, and general suggestions. Walking distance to the beach. Incredible value for the price. I felt very safe there, and the water pressure in the shower was good.

Offering a terrace and a private beach area, Cabañas Mr Mac is situated in Providencia in the Providencia Island Region. Free private parking is available on site. Very nice hosts, always ready to help. The best location. Only a few cabanas, all with an incredible view on the Caribbean. Very clean. Cabanas were cleaned daily. Calm and relaxed, real island feeling! Worth every penny.

Native Lodge Brisas del Sur offers accommodation in Providencia. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. I spent 9 nights at the Native Lodge Brisas del Sur and hed an unforgetable experience. The host family, Mariela, Tano, Helen and Chadelaine were incredibly kind and made me feel welcomed from the minute I arrived. The service was unbelievably good - Mariela organised everything for me, whether it was the daily, delicious breakfast, a motorbike, airport transfer, restaurant information and so on (all at the effective costs, without any surcharges!) - I just had to tell her what I need. She really made sure that her guests have everything they need to experience unforgetable holidays in Providencia. The Lodge itself is located near the most beautiful beach of the island and many restaurants are nearby. It is generally very calm and not noisy at all apart from occasional barking dogs or roosters (which can be found all over the island). The room is very comfortable and is equipped with everything you need - a king size bed, fridge, a really large bathroom including a big wardrobe, and an air conditioning which worked perfectly. There is a TV as well, but I never used it. Mariella cleaned the room everyday and changed the towels and bed sheets every three days. Furthermore, thanks to the host family, I got to know the local culture, food, music, traditions and people more which completed my holiday experience. The Brisas Lodge del Sur exceeded my expecations by far. I can only recommend staying with Mariela and her family.

Chino took care of all our needs. This place is clean and put together well. The view of the sea was fantastic. I definitely need to go back to ASP. Thank you Chino from me and my family.

Posada Jasmina Place offers accommodation in Providencia. The inn has a terrace and views of the mountains, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. The location is very good, near the center and not far from the main beaches and place with restaurants and supermarkets. Jazmína was very friendly, she gave us lemonade when we arrived, helped with advised. Room was very clean with air conditioner, with hot water and fridge. We also had terrace for having breakfast. Our suggestion is to rent motorbike or car as it is much comfortable

Posada Ocean View is located in Providencia. It features an ocean view and is located near 2 beaches. Free WiFi access is available at this inn. Marcus is super friendly and helpful. He was always able to help us. The place is peaceful and very calm, really good to rest. The only point to know before you go is the place is a bit far from downtown, so you need a mule (little car) to reach restaurants, grocery stores, and beaches. I would come back for sure.

Shell Sea B & B is located in Providencia, just in front of a dock with views of Santa Isabel Bay. You will be steps away from the beach. I spent a few days at Shell Sea B&B and it was lovely. Prior to my stay, Manfred & Kenya booked a taxi to pick me up at the airport and Manfred came then to pick me up by boat for the last leg of the journey. This B&B is on the small island of Santa Catalina linked to the main island via a bridge - it's around 15 minutes walking but it felt very safe even at night. Manfred can help you rent a scooter/golf cart and can take you around the island on his private boat, or arrange for you to join a snorkelling tour with other people. I did that and I really enjoyed it. My little apartment was spotless, good AC and a little fridge to keep my drinks cool. You can walk to the beach nearby but it's a steep flight of stairs. Everything felt very safe and cosy, and I had a wonderful stay!
