Very cosy hotel and villas, nice arhitecture, big balcony and tastefull design of everything în the hotel. The spa area very small but very good. Also the staff and Alexandros are very nice and helpful. The breakfast has a large variety of good products to choose from, very tasty. I was surprised, maybe they should consider, that , even the island has the best of cheese products in the country, the hotel did not offer cheese from the island, such a pity: all the products from Crete are very, very good. I think the hotel should promote more the local food and products. Congratulations to you Alexandros and team!

I loved the resort. It was super convenient with the kids, the rooms are generous in size and there's a cozy and safe feeling to walk around the resort and utilize the common areas. My kids felt comfortable to walk from our room to our friends' rooms and to the pool. The food was very good and varied, you can feel they put in a lot of effort. The staff was really nice and friendly. I really can't recommend it enough, We will definitely be back.

Super holiday, the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in the centre of Koutouloufari and has lovely facilities. we had a one bedroom apartment that included 2 air con units, adequate towels that were changed frequently and a super kingsize bed which was so comfortable. Pool towels were provided free of charge and could be changed every other day, we kept ours for 4 days each time as they dont really need changing that often. Thank you for a fantastic stay at your lovely hotel
