Superb staff, each was efficient, helpful and polite. Electra at the reception desk was multi-skilled and was an exceptional host Breakfast was customized to our individual requests and very fresh, especially the fresh squeezed orange juice. Room was modern and very clean, private with its own hot tub. The hotel is located on a quiet street but very close to the main street in Oia.

The hotel room is amazing, the view is one of the bests spots you can have for your pictures, actually we had the breakthrough the room enjoying the sunrise. Leyla was very kind with us on our arrival, she gave us signs of the main places to go and see, someone helped us with luggage on the way in and out, we love it

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Olvos Luxury Suites in the picturesque island of Santorini, and I must say, it was an experience beyond compare! The suites themselves are true works of art, seamlessly blending traditional Cycladic architecture with modern luxury. The attention to detail in the design and decor is simply astonishing, with every element exuding a sense of refined sophistication. The breathtaking views of the caldera, combined with the soothing ambiance, create a truly idyllic escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. However, what truly sets Olvos Luxury Suites apart is the exceptional service provided by their dedicated staff. Among them, I had the pleasure of meeting Anastasia, the remarkable Guests Manager. From the moment I arrived, Anastasia's warmth and genuine care made me feel like an esteemed guest in her own home. Anastasia's attention to detail and commitment to ensuring an unforgettable stay was truly remarkable. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was flawless, from personalized recommendations on local attractions and dining options to arranging transportation and excursions. Her wealth of knowledge and passion for Santorini was evident in every conversation we had, making me fall even more in love with this magical island. Anastasia's genuine kindness, professionalism, and dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience are truly commendable. Her ability to anticipate and fulfill every need, combined with her warm and friendly demeanor, made me feel like I was staying with a dear friend rather than in a hotel. I would be remiss not to mention the rest of the team at Olvos Luxury Suites, who worked tirelessly to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfection.

All the staff members greeted me with a smile, so I felt comfortable. Breakfast started at 8am, but when I told them that I had to leave at 8am to join a tour, they offered to bring it to me before 8am, which was very helpful. The room was also clean.

The location of property was perfect. It was at 10-15 mins walk to Oia bus stop and center at the same time it being in quiet location to have good night sleep. It was clean and all amenities which were listed were available.

Room and garden area were amazing, really spacious, very well equipped. We watched the sunset from our room each evening away from the Oia crowds. Breakfast was delivered every morning which was such a lovely touch. Alexander was on hand for advice whenever we needed it and was very responsive. He let us check in early which was so helpful. Amazing pool and hot tub, was pretty private, not too many people walking past. Easy walking distance to Oia and the bus stop. Would 100% recommend, was the perfect end to our honeymoon.

The cave house was magical and the views of Oia and its’ famous sunsets were stunning. The place is so central to everything and perfect for honeymooners. The most special touch for this Air BnB place was the unexpected concierge service provided Ned and the boys. Ned arranged every restaurant booking, car hire, bellboy services and had in-depth knowledge about the island including tourist traps to avoid and best places to go. Even when restaurants were booked out he always used his contacts to get us last minute prime location tables to see the beautiful sunsets from every corner of the island, using his almost 24/7 WhatsApp contact service. Nothing was too much to ask for and he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as perfect as can be. Our lovely breakfast and cleaning lady ensured we had a beautiful start to the day and the pool guy cleaned our private pool daily so it was always sparkling to swim in. Great work guys, and would highly highly recommend!!
