The air conditioning was excellent. We had everything we needed in terms of kitchen, fridge, towels etc as well as the use of sun loungers and umbrellas for the beach. Gorgeous view from the terrace which we used constantly

Perfectly located between the capital and the nicest south beaches of Sardinia. Same distance from Cagliari and Porto Pino desert Beach and most importantly the amazing Chia beaches and our favorite Tuerreda beach is just a Short drive from Villetta Luisella 🤍 Here you can stay also by the pool all day long surrounded with family reading eating with no disturbances Simply Heaven …. I’ll be back ! That’s for sure !!!

Our host was incredible! We arrived late at night, it was dark and we missed our turn, so he waitied for us at the crossroad to lead the way to the property. The house was very clean and kept in perfect order. There are moscitonets in front of every window. The balconies are huge and you can enjoy the sun there but also retreat to a shady area under the roof. The house itself is also super spacious. The garden is huge and pretty. It's perfect if you want a quiet place for your holiday. The beach is 15 minutes walk. Another 15 minutes walk along the beach takes you to a very nice restaurant right on the beach. Thank you so much! We had a lovely stay.

The Hotel is very nice, the pool is unique and beautiful. The Room was perfect as described, the A/C worked at perfection. Staff is super friendly and nice. The breakfast was really good with great products. The Bar is very nice and has good food.

A superb accommodation with plenty of space and excellent facilities. The pool and hot tub are great features and all well maintained. It is really well kitted out for large groups and the location is ideal for walks to the beach. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with.
