He facilitated our late arrival, by getting his Mamma to give us the keys in person, and couldn’t have been more helpful with advice on restaurants, etc. The Appartment was immaculate, perfectly located in Montefalco, and was pristinely clean and comfortable. We could not recommend this accommodation more highly 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😁

The premium room was very nice, spacious and well refined. View on the small plaza just aside of the hotel. Very efficient air conditioning. Great space outside with Jacuzzi and beds to relax in the sun of the terrace while overlooking the entire territory from the top of Montefalco. Service and people were great, always friendly and smiling and able to fulfil any need at request.

Room is spacious and is kept clean very well. Bed is good, the bathroom is too. Breakfast is very good, especially the home made tarts of Anna. Luciano and Anna are very ‘passionata’ in giving information and letting the guests feel at home. A very fine B&B, recommendable for everyone going to Umbria!
