The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, kitchen was well equipped. Everything is very clean. Fantastic view!. Two supermarkets five minutes away. it was very convenient to have a washer and dryer on the ground floor.

Breakfast was delicious, large buffet with all kinds of fresh fruit, vegetables, pastry...Thomas and his wife are great. We got tips of what to do and where to go, they were always there when we needed, very friendly and nice. The location is perfect - in the middle of everything in Flachau, supermarket across the street. We had really an amazing stay.. Thank you again, we definitely will come back...special thanks for making my girlfriends birthday day so special - she was surprised with fresh bouqet flowers and a bottle of champagne at the breakfast table in the morning Michal and Lucia

Everything was perfect. Rooms are big, beds are comfortable, amazing view from the windows. The kitchen is big and has a lot of cookware. The location maybe a bit far away from the center of tourist attractions but the road is so beautiful , so it's worth to spend 20 minutes of watching of mountains view

Love the wellness area and the checkin area, very nice decoration and views. food and wine is very good! we love the kaiserschmarrn, which was the best we've ever had!!! room is big and clean. services are also nice and friendly, and hotel looks quite new actually. they also provided some activities like yoga for guests. In general very relaxing hotel for vacation, way beyond my expectation!

We enjoyed our stay. It is a very pleasant hotel. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices and very fresh food !
