All the staff were super friendly. We already felt welcome when arrived. Our room had a fantastic view to the beach and we enjoyed sitting there watching the sea and sunset. This was one of the highlights of our trip. Got a nice welcome drink from the bar and some free drinks in the minibar. Breakfast was good too. All in all, we really enjoyed the time with you and thank you so much!

Loved the clean fit out of the apartment and the location was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The staff here are exceptional making it a wonderful place to stay. What a wonderful stay at Lagon Life Spirit Boutique Hotel! The staff are amazing - the check-in staff / restaurant staff are so friendly and helpful. I forgot my expensive rain jacket in the cupboard upon checkout and the cleaning staff caught it - and the front desk staff ran after me just in time to return it to me before I got in the taxi to leave. I REALLY appreciated this extra, kind effort on the housekeeping and front desk staff. Brava! I would recommend reading other reviews before deciding if this is the place for you, as although this property is amazing, it will not be suitable for everyone. I LOVED it but it's because I knew what to expect. Other prior reviews to mine capture details on the following: location in the hills with nothing else nearby (although check out Legends Burger joint a 7 min walk down and then up the hill), only cold food served in the onsite small restaurant, noise travelling easily when outside given how closely together the pool rooms are, breakfast served in your suite with no choice needed (it's a beautiful pre-selected feast), shower and toilet sharing a door which is odd as you wouldn't be able to have one person use the shower at the same time someone wanted a door closed for their toilet), and a few other quirks like that. Also I found the automatic curtain opener cool at first but it was so difficult to figure out the various automatic light configurations that would trigger the very noisy curtains 'accidentally' opening at 7 a.m. when someone pressed the wrong button. All of these are quirks of the property which I found easy to manage as other reviews had informed me of them in advance. These are minor because this place is stunning! There is a Hammam and hot tub on site which are fantastic. You can book a private hammam for 25 Euros for one hour which is a fantastic deal and I highly recommend doing that!

Everything about this hotel is perfect! Our villa was extremely beautiful, big and very modern. Staff - is just excellent! They think about any small detail that could make you feel happy! Welcome drinks, fruits and flowers in the room. Free hats. They even made a special bed sheets with our initials as a present for us. Food in the restaurants is just outstanding! No matter which one of the 5 restaurant located on the hotel territory you choose. This hotel truly provided us a 5+ stars hospitality! Absolutely loved it!

We only stayed here for 1 night but really enjoyed our stay. It is walking distance to the Port. The room was a great size with a view of the harbour. It had a great breakfast!!

Newly opened boutique hotel - everything was fresh and new! Decanter of Raki and snacks in our room when we arrived. Very tastelfully decorated, quiet, very clean and comfortable! Great location for walking Old Town Reythamon.The breakfast was exceptional - eggs, sausage, breads, pasteries, expresso coffee, greek yougurt with fruit! There was a lovely courtyard with a small pool to cool off in. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent hotel, very clean and recently renovated. Very friendly staff, room very comfortable with all the required amenities for a 4 star hotel. Definitely we will book the same hotel next time.

Conveniently set in Chania Town, il Campanile Luxury Living provides a continental breakfast and free WiFi. With city views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The host stravos was fantastic and very helpful the space is beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and in the evening.

Exceptional, lively staff provided unforgettable service and hospitality throughout my stay. The barman in particular makes stellar negronis. 2. Ideal, quiet location tucked away yet steps from top restaurants like Peskesi and Apiri, plus parking only 2 mins away) 3. Stunning spa and wet zone with hot tub and amazing massages - I've seen nothing like it in Heraklio. 4. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the fluffy, perfect scrambled eggs. Great selection of fresh, local ingredients. 5. Venue is pristine and modern, with a sleek design. Everything was spotless and felt brand new. I'm definitely coming back here next year!
