They check up on the guests all the time to make sure that they're happy. On top of that, the hotel is in a great location. Just loved it. And I'll be back.

Ideally situated in the centre of Lisbon, LUSTER Hotel features air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a restaurant. very clean and has everything we need. The steam room stopped working on the 2nd day. the shower in the changing room did not have good draining and got flooded.

The location is perfect! 2-3 minutes walk from Jerónimos Monastery. Our room was clean, and the main bed was super comfortable! The host was also available all times and although our stay was short but it was sweet.

Still a bit to early in the season to try out the pool but I put my feet in and it looks lovely. It's a bit out of the way but only €20 taxi from setubal. Nice area around to explore. Good breakfast with lots of options.

The most significant part is that we didn’t feel that we were in a hotel but it seems we were guests in the Fabio and Raquel home. That was exactly what we were looking for when we booked the room. A very special “Thank You!” for their attention with my son who left early morning but he had a package which included sandwiches, juice and fruits for his breakfast. Amazing!
