飯店地點很不錯，看得出是有年紀的飯店，可是維持不錯，停車也還算方便，不過要收費，整體來說性價比蠻高的。

旅館位置離饒河夜市很近，附近便利商店、寶雅及全聯。距離松山火車站及捷運站走路十分鐘內。房間不算太大但該有的設備與用品都有。
