It's a great location, very close to Pier 39 and the trolley bus station is walkable, as is Coit Tower (but you need to be fitter). Unusually for some American establishments they had Decaff coffee It's also very close to the Alamo car hire office.

The location was great, moments from all the great restaurants in North Beach. It was also easy to catch the 28 bus close by to the Presidio/Golden Gate Bridge. The staff were so lovely and really made me feel welcome and comfortable. I felt very safe here as a solo traveller.

The room was clean and of decent size with large beds (family 2+2) and equipped with fridge, coffee machine, ironing set and TV. There is lots of nice restaurants near hotel and I found this location very safe even for night walks.

The parking was really safe and well laid out so parking our large campervan was easy. The staff were really nice, helpful and friendly. The location is great close to the main cable cars lines and easy to get to Golden Gate Bridge, piers and Coit Tower. Definitely recommend walking to see the sealions at the left end of Pier 39. We also forgot in the lobby an insulated bottle that we got back the next day from the staff - thumbs up for the staff! Overall, little to complain about and a more than fair price for the location and amenities offered.
