Location, nostalgia - had some wonderful family stays there about 30 to 40 years ago. At that time it was a luxurious hotel.

location was superb, nearby food venues - outstanding, short walk to downtown area and nightlife. Accomodations slightly outdated but room was clean and comfortable, relatively quiet and not overly busy. Only issue would of been parking and a bit of confusion as to how to get back to Hotel lobby. Better signage would help.
