Crazy place! What a view, what a sound, really living nature. The most beautiful place we were in Costa Rica. The breakfast was excellent, a very tasty omelet that is prepared on the spot according to choice. We had a problem with the hot water but the service team solved it for us immediately and there was boiling water! Highly recommend the place.

Efficient and helpful reception, super friendly staff. The living unit was beautiful with all amenities and comforts as expected - outdoor shower a great surprise. Reception, restaurant and outdoor pool areas designed to be one with nature - perfect view of the volcano included. The breakfast menu is a highlight , take your time while observing the local great curassows enjoying their breakfast as well! Fortuna waterfall within walking distance, on the way back stop for a coffee at the local dog rescue centre. Regarding other off-site activities we went zip-lining, Arenal nature reserve walk, evening with meal at a hot spring facility, and a barber shop visit in Fortuna - according to my son, one of the best cuts he ever had!

I absolutely loved the hotel; it was beautiful, exceptional and a real treat of luxury for myself in the end of my 2 week trip around Costa Rica. The restaurants were really great, all the ones I tried. The buffet breakfast at Nayara Gardens was nice and extensive and it was delightful view of the Arenal Volcano. The staff were incredible, so accommodating, exceptional service from each and every member. The spa treatment with Liseth was very good, she is very experienced and professional. All the bellboys were so helpful, helping me find frogs or toucans in the middle of the resort, really kind and respectful. I was blown away by the resort, it was amazing, and I had an incredible time here with myself. 2 days, 2 nights, was perfect, a 3rd night would have been a treat. Spa and the ability to walk around the resort was amazing and the mini bar is on the house, which is great (excl the alcohol), but this is a great sentiment given the high price one pays for the room. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, I will be back,
