The staff are real gem of this hotel and really enjoyed all 5 days in hotel Tigaiga. Really loved the swimming pool and also staff are really caring. It is very well established hotel since 1959.

This is a 5 star hotel in every aspect. They deserve a long and excellent review so here goes..... They arranged, at our cost, a comfortable car for transport from TFS so the 45 minutes or so to the hotel flew by. Then they upgraded us on arrival to a penthouse room which had a deck and overlooked the pool. Absolutely lovely. They smartly include three sizes of bed pillow for each guest and made the twin beds into one king size one for my husband and myself. Our floor maid team headed by Jennifer was excellent every single day - you can put a card if you want to keep the sheets you have for water saving. There are 5 floors to the hotel and the restaurants and amenities (including a billiard table and a pool table and fabulous library of lending books of all languages on the 3rd floor) ping pong in the garden, and three different pools which I loved for different times - smallish spa pool quite warm, outside spa pool very pleasant w not shivers on getting in and then the main pool which is beside the outside dining for lunch which is beautiful but much cooler and was mainly unused by people sunning in very comfortable loungers. I have never in all my travels had such comfortable leather pads on both the pool loungers and the ones on our deck room. Tatjana for massage! The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice and very courteous about making omelets and peoples perfectly times morning eggs. I am particular about my coffee so requested americano vs the carafe of less strong coffee they automatically offer. I never had anyone get peaked about that request. Really, top to bottom the employees were always courteous, patient and quick with filling requests. Rahul is the manager at our favorite restaurant La Parrilla which is the best of the three restaurants on site in my view. He will also make plain grilled fish and steamed vegetables on request which is nice to have on a long stay, has an excellent cheese board for desert and is also a sommelier.

The communication with Alex and the checking in was smooth. Apartment is small but functional. Terrace is great! Everything was super clean. Location is perfect, walking distance to everywhere and still quiet. I would stayed there longer and I will book this apartment next time when I'll visit the city.

If there’s anything that would attract us to come back to Tenerife for another holiday, this apartment and the host Eli would definitely be one of them. The apartment is very clean, fully equipped with the kitchen appliances and condiments. Before I came here, I was a little worried that there’s no air conditioning here, but in fact the weather here in February really doesn’t require air conditioning, and there was a cooling fan and an electric heater just in case. There is a large balcony outside the living room, where you can see Teide and the swimming pool downstairs. Eli was very enthusiastic, prepared fruits and bottled water for us, recommended nearby supermarkets, restaurants and beaches for us, and always responded quickly when I asked something. The surrounding area was quiet but you can find supermarket and many restaurants of different flavors within 10 minutes’ walk. Beautiful beaches in about ten minutes' drive. You can easily find free parking spaces near apartments, restaurants and the beach.

Lovely villa. Family stayed here for a month in June/July. Spacious and views are amazing. Miguel sorted everything out when asked. Restaurants nearby are lovely. Shout-out to Donde Marios and El Diablito

In 35 minutes driving you can get to either the west or the East of the northern part of Tenerife. Also 35 minutes away from El Teide. The owner is very friendly and attentive, made our stay as comfortable as our own house.

excellent place to enjoy family holidays pool size is great enjoyed every bit of the house it was nice and clean the only thing host can do to make stay better is providing better shampoo or hand wash. place is spacious nice and clean big rooms and the best part is pool we enjoyed bbq aswell my kids loved it. we went in february from uk not sure if we would be able to use the pool but weather was mild summer still hot pool was useable most of the day time . host was great and very helpfull the nearby sight seeing place was brilliant for an evening walk or to watch sunset. i would highly recommend it.

Everything, beautiful, spacious villa with nice view, heating swimming pool, very nice designed, really comfortable beds, very helpful and superresponsive host (Carlos). Exceptional!
