My wife and I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception team greeted us warmly, making us feel instantly welcome. Throughout our stay, the staff's friendliness and professionalism were evident, especially the attentive F&B team, Tony, Marianne & Jimmy who ensured our dining experience was exceptional. A highlight was the sweet gesture of the kunafa crepe, a delightful treat😋.The hotel's amenities were fantastic, and the room was both comfortable and clean with a stunning sea view. They have an amazing heated pool, steam room and sauna, perfect in the rainy cold weather... Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to return!

Friendly welcome, The staff is very nice and helpful. We as family get a free upgrade, they did everything to make us satisfied. The room was very large an clean with a sea view. The hotel have a good location, near to the highway and downtown. Parking under the hotel is for free. There are no words to describe the friendliness of Claire and her daughter. Thank you for your hospitality, we definitely come back.

We have been upgraded to a deluxe one bedroom apartment the minute we arrived. The owner herself offered us a ride by her private car to go to the old town area and guided us to restaurants and shops in Jbeil. Thank you Mrs Claire for making our stay that pleasant and comfortable. Hope to come again
