Featuring garden views, Holywell Grange Farm offers accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 15 km from Northumbria University. Stayed 2 nights to enable me to run the Great North Run. Comfortable room in wonderful farm house set in pleasant rural location with super friendly and helpful staff (John & Trish). 3 friendly and well behaved dogs made it feel homely along with the horses and donkey. Plenty of parking space and access to the metro which will take you to the centre of Newcastle and also on a pleasant journey along the coast which is well worth exploring. Chelmsford Lofts - High-spec luxury apartments features accommodation within 1.2 km of the centre of Jesmond, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. Very modern and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Good attention to detail. Lacked some of the items we have come to expect at other stays, milk, bottled water, selection of teas and proper coffee.

The room was amazing, great views, comfortable and very spacious. Beautiful location and helpful owner. Really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend.

Situated just less than 1 km from Sandhaven Beach, The Clifton offers accommodation in South Shields with access to a terrace, a bar, as well as a housekeeping service. Welcoming clean and convenient. Friendly staff. Slept very well, really comfortable bed. I hope to stay there again when I visit the area.

The Lemonfield Hotel is located on the seafront in Sunderland's Seaburn. Rooms include a TV, tea and coffee-making facilities and a private bathroom. Some rooms have a sea view. We had an unusual room that was more like two rooms. It was quirky, but nice.
