Here I have to specify that the best 2 restaurants were Main Restaurant and Greek Tavern - here you could always find something special for any of your cravens as well as wide choice of fish and sea food which was cooked for you on grill. The first hotel, where they know how to do perfect eggs. Excellent pools and beach. Very clean rooms and all the facilities. Highly recommend this hotel!

We were traveling through Greece and this was our last stop. It was the best last night we could have asked for. Very clean and the Staff was the most polite and helpful .

Abaton Island Resort & Spa is set on a stunning location in Hersonissos. Individually and beautifully designed to reflect the styles and influences of its surroundings, the Resort features a remarkable collection of luxurious guestrooms, suites and villas. Free WiFi is available throughout. We enjoyed our stay at Abaton. All staff was very friendly. The food was excellent, and the restaurant managers, Polina and Tonasis, left a lasting impression on us. The pool and beach area were very relaxing. For our first time in Greece, our expectations were surpassed, and we will be returning to Crete in the future.

Free pillow menu and tea/coffee making facilities are provided. The modern bathroom in each room is stocked with a rain shower cabin and hairdryer. Air conditioning comes standard. I like Ibis hotels, and this one met my expectations too. It is located in a central area, with lots of restaurants nearby. The room was huge, and I liked that there was a high double bed for us, and a low single bed for our 3 y.o. daughter (she really liked it and finally slept in a separate bed and not with one of us lol). The breakfast was fresh and had a wide assortment of food.

Truly made our stay special like we would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.. the breakfast is yummy and a good variety, it is one of the best breakfast ice had so far. I already miss the rice pudding 🤭
