Amber Resort is truly a boutique hotel and one of the best I've stayed at in the last couple of years (it really is amazing value for money, even if you know luxury!) • Outstanding location on a private, very beautiful and extensive beach. Gives you the feeling you are on a stranded island in a very good way; • Superbly designed beach-front bar/restaurant, where they serve breakfast, dinner, but is also used as the resort chill area; • Infinity pool overlooking the beach (great sunset spot); • Morrocan style, very spacious and impeccably clean rooms with super comfy beds!, TV, mini-fridge, AC; • Amazing, super delicious breakfast (by choice of 7-8 dishes + fruitbar) and not very diverse, but absolutely masterchef menu for beach bites and dinner! Prices at the restaurant are very reasonable, I'd say comparable to any restaurant in Ubud (80-120 IDR for main course). • Lovely and super attentive personnel; • Spa that offers massages at a good price; • Bike, scooter rental, if you want to explore the island! • The hotel is secluded, yet gives you everything you need. There is something about the place, you just cannot put into words that makes it unforgettable. Amber Resort was such a magical getaway for me and my family, I'd do it over and over again!
