Just a 2-minute walk from Sagye Beach, Sun and Moon Resort features a seasonal outdoor pool and a garden. Complimentary WiFi and private parking is available on site. Everything about Sun and Moon Resort was exceptional! The location is great with the beach and sea right in front, and we loved looking at the view. The room is very spacious and very well equipped. It is very clean and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The staff are amazing - so friendly and helpful. They gave us a WhatsApp number to use for anything we needed. We used it to communicate about breakfast and they responded very quickly and accurately. We loved our stay very much. One of the highlights of our week in Jeju!

The service and facilities way exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very spacious and gorgeous with stunning interior design that is both modern like an art gallery and warm and showcased the amazing sea views. I loved the service too especially the concierge team who speak English namely Scott Hong the manager who went over and above from ensuring I received medical treatment when I sprained my foot to assisting in changing my flight (due to bad weather) The genuine care and assistance given by him was really heartwarming. Of note too was how proactive he was in his service. Most times in other hotels the guests have to ask for help (and we do not always get it) but not with Scott who often initiated help such as providing a bandage and icebag for my swollen ankle without me asking. Furthermore, I found the other concierge team members very helpful, always smiling and ever willing to help. Of note are Ethan, Niki and Bill who were among those who always offered a smile and assisted with enthusiasm. I also found staff at the front office, Confetti, housekeeping and the Bar and deli very pleasant, well groomed which made my stay a very very pleasant stressfree one.

O hotel em si tem uma estrutura muito boa. Os funcionarios na sua maioria sao gentis e se esforcam muito para atener em Ingles. Porem, no site do hotel deveria ter instrucoes sobre o check in e a pre reserva que isso necessita. Ficamos mais de 1h numa lista de espera para conseguir dar entrada no hotel.

Providing free WiFi in all rooms, Jeju Shinhwa World Marriott Resort features indoor and outdoor pools, spa facilities, a casino and a business centre. Location was great there was a lot of activities to do very close to the resort will return on our next trip to jeju. Staff was great always greeting you when you pass by them.

Jeju Shinhwa World Landing Resort boasts a swimming pool, lounge, spa and convention centre. Free WiFi is provided throughout the entire hotel. Staff friendliness. Henry was very helpful in answering our questions and also helping us with our check-out experience.

Somerset Jeju Shinhwa World is a 5-minute drive from O'sulloc Tea Museum. The property has an on-site clubhouse that features a spacious lounge, children's playroom and fitness centre. The view(forest) from the room is very good, and the facilities(dish washer, washing machine etc) are good. There is firework event every Friday and Saturday at 8pm which is very amazing!

Surrounded by thick woods, Hidden Cliff Hotel and Nature is situated on top of the hill just outside the north-western end of Jungmun Tourist Complex.
