Situated in a quiet location off the main highway in National Park Village, Adventure Lodge and Motel is family-run accommodation offering free unlimited Wi-Fi access and a comfortable guest lounge... A cozy small house, equipped with necessary equipment. The wifi, shower, kitchen, laundry, spa and cable TV are all well maintained and comfortable to use. The manager was very friendly and supportive, giving us various information about the area and tracks.

Tongariro Springs Boutique Suites is located in Tongariro National Park. The room was very comfortable, but could have used a rug or mat at the inside of the doorway to help keep the muck from our shoes coming into the room (it was so rainy while we were there, we weren’t comfortable leaving them outside). Really appreciated the drying room. If we come back to the park, we would probably try to stay here again.

The Hobbit Motorlodge offers a hot tub and free unlimited WiFi. It is a 50-minute drive from the Tongariro Crossing, and the property can arrange for a drop-off service at a charge. The spar, and didn't mind us celebrating New years Eve. Also, staff were very helpful. Price very cheap.
