I like the location and it is close to where I need to go most of the time. It is also very convenient for friends to visit from the city. The staff are very friendly and make an effort to speak English and practice their English speaking skills with me. The facilities are great and the service from all staff is excellent. Most enjoyable stay for my time in Surabaya.

Scenery is marvelous, room is excellent. We love the swimming pool and parking is spacious. Year end party was very nice. Transportation to airport is very good.
