Find the properties with onsen that appeal to you the most
Looking for a property with onsen?
Featuring traditional Japanese hot springs known as "onsen," these hotels offer a relaxing soak in therapeutic, geothermal waters. Traditionally onsens were located outdoors, but a number of hotels now offer indoor facilities for private or shared use. The healing properties of each onsen will vary depending on its location, with "kuroyu" black water famous for its positive effects on skin.
The host is very friendly. Onsen (hot spring) running from the tap was quick, so we didn't have to wait long for our onsen bath. It's clean and comfortable. The view is just stunning.
Super cozy home with big living room, furnished kitchen, backyard for drying laundry, secured front yard to store bicycles.
Super nice & lovely host, very limited English but still made their best to accomodate us, even organized taxi for us to go to the hot springs nearby. One of our favorite places during our trip to Taiwan.
Very friendly lady owns and manages the place.
Free water, tea and coffee.
Free snacks.
Breakfast roll was nice.
Small fridge in the room.
Comfortable beds, everything was very clean.
Free bicycles.
The owner is very friendly and staff are attentive. The hotel is in a quiet location. There are hot spring rooms for everyone, our room also has its own hot springs tub. The view of hotel is great.
The bed(flat one on the floor) was warm and comfy. No window, but makes you drop into deep sleep. There’s a coffee machine in the kitchen you can use (30NTD at the time), which was pretty good!
The staff were very kind to guide me about the hot springs nearby. You can ask them about local cuisines and cat cafes….
English, French also seemed to be available.
It's a rare thing in Taiwan for a hotel to really gell with its surroundings. This hotel really makes the most of where it is. The rooms have balconies looking out onto the river and mountains. My room had a spa bath which was excellent. There are also hot springs on the river outside which were amazing.
