I liked that it was in a quiet neighborhood. Beach access across the street was a real treat! (Lots of stairs though - not easy!) I also liked that we had access to anadded room with a microwave and mini fridge!

Breakfast included in the room rate was pleasant surprise. Also bottled water complimentary from reception. Although located within a business park the location was convenient for exploring both north and south of Nanaimo, and a few restaurants within walking distance.
