We had a great stay at Kavros Pleasure Villas with friends, altogether 17 persons, with kids from 9 to 18 and parents. We got 5 separete comfortable, well equipped apartments, some with sea view, one with pool/mountain views. Pool with lot of sunbeds was perfect, gave us long fun hours. We used the outside BBQ also. Staff was kind, and helpful during our vacation. Maria was ready to help in everything I asked from her. We got delicious fruits an vegetables from the owner, who was reachable easily. Staff was just super. You need to take only a very short walk to get to the sand beach, which is magnificient. Supermarkets, car rental, restaurants are just few steps far. Public transportation, to forexample Chania or Rethymno, is very comfortable. I can just recommend this place for your next Cretan vacation.

Just a wonderful place. Fabulous views, facilities, pool, bbq, air con etc. Nice and clean and also quite secluded as nearest property is about 70 yards to the right and slightly behind so not overlooked at all. The host was fabulous, let us check in early and checked in with us regularly by message (and responded to any messages quickly). Just had the most amazing week here and wished it could have been longer. Many thanks to the host for making our stay so memorable and would definitely come again given half the chance.

We've just returned from a weeks vacation at Orientem Heated Pool in Crete, travelling as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children aged 6 & 2). I don't think I have the vocabulary to adequately describe just how amazing our holiday has been. The villa was absolutely immaculate with everything we could ever require as a young family being catered for - and even if it wasn't, we had the wonderful host Maria offering to assist us in anyway possible should we need it. We've stayed in many villas over the years but have never come across a host as engaging and as helpful as Maria. She regularly surprised us with local treats such as Olive Oil, Raki, Wine, Sweets and Home Baked Cakes! She welcomed us on the 1st day with a platter of Greek specialities and then on the final night she gifted us her personally harvested Olive Oil and a freshly baked cake. We truly did not want to go home and we are already looking if we can go back to Crete, and the Orientem Villa at some point next year. The sunrise over the bay was one of the most incredible I have ever seen. The whole family awoke early to view this and we were emotionally blown away by it. The pool, while a little cooler than some villas we have visited, had a really useful 'kids' area where they could play in relative safety without having to have an Adult in the pool at the same time.

What a place this is! We stayed here as a family of 5 with three children ages 6, 7, & 9 years old. Although this place is an hour and a half away from their ferry port of Heraklion, the location was absolutely perfect, minutes away from beaches, restaurants and local shops. The view is stunning- with a beautiful sunrise every morning, and a great peaceful patio to enjoy your meals on. The landscape, the view, the beautiful space, made us really fall in love with Crete and already has us planning our next trip back here! Every room was comfortable and clean including the washrooms and showers. Shampoo, hand soap and very plush, clean towels were provided. The Washer/Dryer combo was new and worked very well. There were translated washing modes, which was helpful and washing detergent was provided as well. The beds were also comfortable and had plenty of extra bedding if we required it. Tito the owner, was great to answer any questions we had, and managed to source out a lighter for us to start the BBQ with, so we could enjoy dinner one night under the cabana. We simply cannot recommend Mistral Suites enough!! You will not be disappointed.

Everything was beyond perfect. The location is quiet with amazing views, it’s private but there are many tavernas with great food within 4 minutes walk. The host was amazing, very hospitable, helpful and friendly. When we arrived there was even traditional snack waiting for us in the oven as we arrived in the afternoon. The best place I’ve ever stayed in. Strongly recommend!

Friendly staff in a good location! What more could you ask for ? How about a delicious breakfast included and served in a way that is mindful of the pandemic? They have got that too! Efficiently done, hot and delicious. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I have already booked my next stay in Crete at this location!
