Made the process super smooth.. accommodated us on checkout morning as we left our luggage to go see the Orangutans. Food recommendations have been spot on and although we ended up not getting a private driver.. he gave us a referral as well. Highly recommend. Everything clean and tidy.

Ritz Residence @ Imago Loft B 7th Floor se găsește în Kota Kinabalu, la 19 minute de mers pe jos de Piața filipineză Sabah, și oferă o terasă, un bar și vedere la oraș. The Loft was located at the Imago Shopping Mall which had everything I needed when I looked for sunblock and insect repellents for my tours. The staff were super friendly. I checked in extra late (My flight arrived at 1:20 AM) but they waited for me so that I could check in. I asked for recommendations for massages and they continuously helped me through WhatsApp. The place was very nice, my only regret is that I packed my schedule too much that I didn’t get to sleep in longer! It’s a vacation on itself just to stay there. As for late night food or snacks, a restaurant which was located at the front of the Loft was open 24/7 so getting hungry at night was not a problem. The room looked exactly like the photos here.

Note the airplane sound is indeed very loud but we didnt hear it after falling asleep.
