The hand drawn map at the common area was a cute touch as well to orientate visitors to Sokcho's attractions around the accommodation. Busstop to Seoraksan Mountain was a very short walk from the hotel.

Certain rooms at the property include a balcony with a garden view. It over looked the ocean and everyone was wonderful. They provided shuttle services from 8-2am on Saturdays, but I didn’t get to make use of it. I will next Time

At The House Hostel you will find a terrace. The property offers free parking. The owner was super sweet, took the time to show me on a map the best tourist attractions in Sokcho and how to get around using the public bus systems. The location is fantastic, 3 min from the intercity bus terminal and 2 min from the public bus station that will take you the national park. The hostel facilities are great, there is free laundry. I had a room with a private bathroom, everything was very clean. I highly recommend.

The hosts are super friendly and helpful, went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Just perfect. They really helped us. The breakfasts were very tasty and delivered to the room door. We stayed 8 nights and there was always something to do. There are beautiful mountains in the Seoraksan park for hiking, beaches in walking distance and cool Sokcho town is really close too.
