Very comfortable! Amazing value for money. You only have to share with one other room and the apartment is big enough to be comfortable sharing. It is such a cute little apartment! The photos don't do it justice.

The guesthouse was beautifully constructed and looked like recently renovated. The original house is over 200 years old but interior looks new. Owners were very helpful and the room a wooden paradise. Breakfast extensive and hot food included. Centrally located for Appenzell day trips.

The apartment had everything we needed plus some extra touches that made it exceptional. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very spacious. The location is lovely and we enjoyed walking around town and finding beautiful paths, meadows and views of the mountains. The neighbors and restaurant staff next door were all very friendly. The grocery store across the street was handy and well stocked.
