Responsiveness: hotel honored request for quiet room (response was quick). Breakfast excellent, with a personal touch. Clean room, quiet, Plenty of parking space. Friendly staff with dinner recomendation (and help to make resevations)

Very nice family owned, I presume, hotel in Bergedorf. A big comfortable bed in a nice designed clean room. The area has a lot of shops and restaurants and feels safe. A good and affordable breakfast for only 10 euro. Definitely worth the money.

Spacious room with a fridge in the room and the bathroom was big and wheelchair accessable. There is a communal kitchen area. We had our own tea, milk & travel cups but at times struggle to get hot water to make an evening drink. This was great as there was a kettle, coffee maker, microwave & toaster available with 2 hot plates to cook yourself a simple meal/breakfast. We loved this place and we would absolutely stay her again. We had free on-site parking and we felt our motorbike was safe overnight as the property also had cameras.

Great breakfast and good connectivity. S-Bahn Station is just 5 minutes from the hotel. There are also stores and restaurants in the area.

the value for the price was great. if you expect a five star hotel for the price, than you will be disappointed - but than you would be not too clever to have those expectations. the place was satisfying what we needed.
