A lovely spacious accomodation, with everything needed to make it a fabulous get away, spending time with those you hold dearest, and in a location that is just idyllic. Loads of beautiful places to explore and all within close proximity of the Piddle Inn. Alan runs a very slick operation and seriously, everything you need and more is there, couple that with great communication and factual literature to help you get the most from your stay, I would have no reservations in recommending this to other like minded groups that just want to slow things down and enjoy the beauty that Dorset has to offer.

The building is a beautiful traditional inn hid away in the Dorset countryside. The inclusive breakfast is as it should be. The proprietors and staff are kind and helpful. Allow plenty of time to drive there to allow time in the comfortable cosy bar.

This was our 2nd stay at this great property. The location is stunning looking out onto picturesque hills, it is also very quiet with absolutely no traffic noise at all. The property shared garden and games room are both large and in pristine condition. The host Nicola is really lovely and welcoming, we will definitely be going back there again.

We were at the Great Coombe as a group of 8 people. 🛏️ All rooms were quite tidy and clean 🌲 Amazing back garden view!!! 👩 Nicole (host) was super friendly and lives close by in case you need anything 🐶 Pet friendly 🔪 Kitchen was recently renovated and included all essential items. Do your shopping and enjoy the BBQ 🎱 Gaming room (Pool, Table tennis & Foosball) 🚶‍♀️ Plenty of walking trails with amazing views 🍻 So many great local pubs, especially The Thimble Inn 📍 Close to various historical attractions It was a great escape from busy London life. We are definitely going back!

Great location close to local amenities. Lovely size cottage, well equipped and handy to have three toilets. Good to have enclosed garden for the dog. Would definitely recommend
