Not only did he give us a complete & thorough tour of our accommodation, but he provided insight on all of the best things to do in the area, explained how to use the local public transport, and even offered to help us if we found ourselves in a bind during our trip to Edinburgh! If you have the opportunity to stay here, DO IT! Bonus: gated parking & access to building. We were on a mother/daughters trip and felt beyond safe here. Worth its weight in gold.

Carolyn was the nicest! The room was huge and modern, for sure a good value for money... If you are thinking of spending a couple of days in Edinburgh I recommend taking this guest house into consideration, even though it is not in the heart of the town by bus you can get to the city center in 30 minutes (there are night buses as well) and at least you can enjoy a nice and comfy room

It has three bedrooms plus a bed in the living room, all very comfortable.. The living room and kitchen were lovely. It has a nice back yard and a sun room at the front of the house. The owners also left us milk, fruit and bread. Which was perfect after a long drive to get there. The neighborhood was quiet. Beautiful place to stay.
