The staff were all extremely helpful with plenty of smiles. Nothing was too much trouble. We were on a 3 night stay with dinner and breakfast included in our room stay. The food was of good quality and quantity, both at dinner and breakfast. The facilities in the room were as expected, and the room was clean and tidy.

Great location just under Penshaw Monument, in the middle of the countryside. Very good facilities in the property and very well laid out. Owner even set up a Xmas tree and lights for our stay - a lovely touch. We also made use of the cafe next door - they make an excellent cooked breakfast in the morning.

This property is absolutely beautiful and in a superb location. Internal layout brilliant for family and outside is stunning. The property owner did everything in his power to ensure we had a comfortable stay. I advise a walk up to penshaw ...fabulous views.

Great location. Cottage well equipped, decoration and furnishings lovely. Spotlessly clean ,warm and cosy. Plenty of parking space. Lovely gardens and outside area.

We had breakfast & dinner, which were all excellent. The staff were great - friendly, welcoming & couldn't have done more to make our stay more enjoyable. In particular we would like to thank Reece who was so helpful & Dawn who was outstanding. As we stayed for 10 nights, there was time to see that this is how they always are - a real credit to your busineaa.
