We stayed for racing in nearby Imola - we drove up to the address for key pickup where we received a lovely warm welcome. We followed the lady 3km along a gravel track to the apartment building, where she showed us around with the help of her English speaking sister on the phone. The apartment is well-equipped for a few nights stay. Gas hob, pots, pans, utensils, basic ingredients. TV, ample sockets, table, chairs, etc... We absolutely loved the place as a base for visiting Imola, and would certainly plan on returning.

Never got served...the hotel was closed due to the flooding..roads washed out..many phone calls and emails unanswered...the area was being evacuated..the race we went to see was canceled...never got a response till after we left Italy...the kept our money..working with credit card company to recover..booking.com no help at all

Best place ever! The place is brilliant, the location is beyond beatiful and the staff is more than friendly. It's a real quiet place almost on top of a hill. The evenings are magical, especially for people who live in a city. Visiting magical Bologna is very easy from here, so that's a good reason to go here.

Beautiful location. If you get bored of one view you can move around the property to find another one. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Staff are very friendly. Excellent restaurant, but we could cook our own food in our apartment if we wanted to. We were there slightly off season so it was peaceful. More busy at weekends apparently.
