There is private underground parking with an elevator to the upper floors (there is a code to enter the underground parking anytime). You can enter the building anytime using your room key or a code. If you have an apartment with a balcony with a view, the view is breathtaking day and night. Extremely quiet, peaceful, there is virtually no road noise. We enjoyed many mornings having breakfast and dinners in the evening on our balcony. Excellent air conditioning, plenty of hot water for the shower, and very comfortable bed and pillows. The kitchenette was helpful, it was fully equipped with all the basics. There is a local church right around the corner. Within 5 to 10 minute drive there is the center of the town with supermarkets, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, pharmacy, barber shops, beauty salons, high quality fitness centers, etc. There is a 15 minute drive to the center of Ioannina. Keep in mind you will need to have a car for this apartment. What we really loved about this apartment is the fact that is located in the middle of a neighborhood with families and children often walking. We did not feel like we were tourists, we felt like we were locals and part of the everyday life.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall condition of the property. It was warm and inviting, and I instantly felt at home. The cozy ambiance and comfortable furnishings made it the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure. I particularly loved the attention to detail in the decor, which added to the overall charm of the space. The host was absolutely great, friendly, responsive, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their hospitality truly made my trip all the more enjoyable. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my visit. Cleanliness, location, comfort, and a fantastic host - this booking had it all. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and delightful stay. I know I'll be returning here on my next trip to Ioannina.
