Everything was perfect and we received a free upgrade! Location was away from the crowed (quite) but not too far, there is a water taxi stand right in front of the hotel. Outside the hotel the most amazing view of Venice. Service was top notch, staff were super friendly and made excellent restaurant recommendations. The hotel building has so much history and character. I will definitely stay in in the same hotel when we return to Venice

We made a reservation for 2 standard rooms but they upgraded us to suite and junior suite with connecting doors. If you are traveling as a family this is excellent option. We also had fenced (great if traveling with a dog) little garden with nice sitting area. Breakfast was great and gluten free selection was a nice surprise since we were staying with gluten free child. Would love to stay again.

The breakfast buffet was below in the cutest little cafe! Everyone was so nice and made good coffee. Nice way to start the day! The location was perfect just over the bridge to a quieter area and we had no issues with the free parking up the street. Easy check in and out even after hours. Would definitely stay again!
