Set in Boquete in the Chiriqui region, Risco de Hugo offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Our stay at Risco de Hugo was our favourite accommodation during our entire one month visit to Central America! The cabins are beautiful, brand new, and had so much attention to detail. We love to cook when we’re away and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The views of the mountains from the cabin and the front deck are incredible! The owners are so welcoming, friendly, and were happy to accommodate any and all of our requests. The location was quiet and perfect for a relaxing week away, while still having a coffee shop (farm) less than 1km away for our morning coffee. If we’re fortunate enough to come back to Panama again, we will 100% be reaching out to Risco de Hugo to stay here, and I will absolutely be recommending it to any friends planning to visit the area!

Boasting accommodation with a terrace, Magic Mountain Lodge is located in Las Lajas. Guests have a private patio. The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower. The hosts are super welcoming and hospitable. The room is nice and big.

Hotel City Plaza & Suites in David has 4-star accommodation with a bar. Boasting a concierge service, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The room we finally received was very nice. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food and beverages.

Hotel-Boutique Patampa features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and bar in David. Each accommodation at the 4-star hotel has garden views and free WiFi. Wonderful breakfast! Bascal was very sweet and accommodating!

Set in Las Lajas, Hostal Casa Las Lajas offers a garden. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. I HIGHLY recommend this property! Conveniently located just off the main highway, with a delicious restaurant right beside the hostel. Christian (the owner) was so friendly and helpful! The room was very comfortable and clean. Plus there was a fully equipped kitchen. A must stay!

This beautiful hacienda-style resort in Boquete features a golf course, a fitness centre and an on-site spa. Amazing hotel set in lush grounds. Only 15min walk into town. Decent gym plus indoor/outdoor pool. Excellent Breakfast with good options.

This quaint, secluded property is located outside of Boquete and features free Wi-Fi and spacious bungalows with fully equipped kitchens. It is a 30-minute drive from David City Centre. Had the cabin for ourselves. The rooms are bright and spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains!!! The owner was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. He even gave us a ride a few times when we just got into town and arranged for a cab to pick us up when we left town. Great place to relax and wind down. Close to the main highway, the bus is accessible.

Located on the banks of the Palo Alto River, this hotel offers stylish accommodation with free Wi-Fi in a rural setting. The town of Boquete is just 3 minutes’ drive away. The property was beautifully designed and well maintained. It was a true luxury experience and felt warm and welcoming.

Situated in Dolega in the Chiriqui region, Cabañas Quebrada del Pueblo has a garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Loved the location by a babbling brook (which you can cool off in) We had great seating options for our cabin: comfortable chairs inside, patio chairs, and a hammock. Great birding.
