Room was spacious with comfy beds and a modern bathroom. Food was delicious with a big menu. Pool was gorgeous with stunning views of mountains. Dogs Cookie and Jerry were extremely cute!

We give 10 out of 10 even though we haven't been there! We were traveling by motorcycle: the first night we had to move a night due to engine problems and on the second night we stupidly checked into another homestay. when the manager called because we didn't show up,... no problem she said, we won't charge anything, enjoy your trip! what understanding people!!!!

The place is amazing, we went right after the harvest and even then, it was still beautiful. The staff is super friendly, they don't speak much English but we communicated mainly through whatsapp or using a translator. They provide lots of services like laundry, moto rental or taxi booking and everything was really reasonable priced. They had a nice swing overlooking the rice fields and the view from the room and common areas are gorgeous. We had most of our meals there and everything we ate there was huge and delicious. Special recommendation is the tea leaves pork. Wifi works better than expected for the place. We could work remotely perfectly (including videocalls with the occasional drop, but totally fine)

The location of this lodge is fantastic, and the surrounding views are stunning. The grounds are spacious and very beautiful, with plenty of places to relax and unwind in a peaceful natural setting. Everything about our stay was fabulous. We ate only at the lodge restaurant and found several food options that were delicious. The lodge helped us arrange transportation and interesting tours of the area. There was an entertaining local dance show on Saturday night, and we were encouraged to participate. This made for a perfect weekend getaway.

The location, view, hospitality of the family and most of all options to speak with the owner about everything what interested us. She is a teacher, knowledgeable and very attentive to your needs. The room is clean and Has the fantastic view directly from your bed. We could use the pool from the neighbors which is lovely. On top of that Mrs Gum and her husband are an excellent chefs and we had dinner there every day as the price and quality ( as well as quantity) was unbeatable. We could see how this family of 7 ( 4 generations) lives in harmony and learn about their culture. Children are quiet and don’t disturb if you don’t want to interact, we enjoyed one evening of games with 9 year old. English is not widely spoken in the area so we were really lucky here.

The breakfast was good! The family is so welcoming, tried to help and was so kind! We had a super stay! So close to the waterfalls and a small river right in front also, was great.

The staff are the kindest people, good English, help you with anything and you get tea with anything in here. We also asked to boil water for ourselves so they just gave us a kettle to our room, very thoughtful! Also the welcome watermelon juice is the best we had! I really cannot explain enough how kind and helpful the staff is. Location - on the main street with a stunning view!!! It is convenient to get here because busses go through here. The view from the room is the same one that you see from the common area but from a higher point and it is very relaxing to have such stunning view Food - there are almost no food options around and most tourists we saw came here for their meals. The food is delicious but a bit pricey, but honestly that's the entire area and there are not a lot of other options. But the food is very tasty and fresh, they also make the same dishes differently so you can really see it's with whatever fresh Ingredients they have, breakfast is great! Cleaness- it is hard to fight with nature and really I saw someone cleaning around here almost every hour. They really do their best to keep this place pleasent. There is a bug net for the bed and this is very helpful :)
