Our en suite room was spacious and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for John in making our stay a pleasant one.

Facilities are awesome and high quality. Milk in a fridge in the room was a really nice touch that makes a cuppa so much nicer. The continental breakfast was a lovely affair with homemade granola that was nutty and flavorful and actually made a nice change from the traditional fry up. Can't praise it highly enough. I can't believe how many stars could be seen away from light pollution.

I don’t even know where to begin. Lizi and her family were the most wonderful hosts. So warm and friendly and responsive to our questions. She told me all the best places to go for antique shopping and hiking to the channel. And the cottage was newly renovated and exquisite in every detail. From the large, newly built wardrobe to the medallions and light fixtures on the ceilings to the beautiful lighting in the kitchen. Even the path to the hot tub was magical. Lizi even had homemade bread and eggs and milk for us. We will never forget you. You made so many memories for us in 48 short hours. Come to Texas and I’ll roll out the red carpet for YOU next time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

To The Swallows B and B βρίσκεται σε Exmouth, σε Ντέβον και σε κοντινή απόσταση από τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Exmouth και Παραλία Dawlish Warren Beach. Quite possibly the best B&B we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many. The location is ideal for both the seafront and the town, and the room we had was excellent. Spacious, airy, the room has everything you could possibly need - even a hot water bottle. The fridge was a bonus too on such a hot weekend. After a fabulous night's sleep we were presented with an excellent breakfast, which we only just managed to finish because we'd had so much of the fresh fruit on offer. If you are planning a visit to Exmouth, look no further for your accommodation as you won't find better elsewhere. Thank you Ian, for such a wonderful time

The other reviews say it all - the studio was amazing! Everything is as shown in the pictures. It was very clean, modern, very, very comfy and very well equipped. The location is also great, and it is not far to the coast, towns, or the Dartmoor National Park. Only - as others have mentioned, be prepared for very narrow roads ;) I would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. A welcome packet of biscuits as well as tea, coffee and milk were waiting for us. The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa in the lounge. The towels were nice and large. We were met by the host and given a quick tour but, had she not been available, the keys were in a lock box and there was a list of need to know information in the lounge waiting for us. The river view was great and it was relaxing to watch the swans and ducks on the river. If I need to return to the area, this will be my go to place to stay as it really was lovely.
