Free WiFi is available and Gallery Baraka is 3.5 km away. Excellent location, excellent hosts (Masha and Harrison), extremely scrumptuous food. You feel at home. Extreme tranquility on Manda Island, away from the hustle and bustle. Hard to beat.

The apartment features family rooms. Beautiful house, spacious room and very attentive staff. I was taken care of very well. Chui helped us plan our activities very well. The tours and boat trips were fun and organized.

Some units at the property have a balcony with a garden view. Jamala Guesthouse, nestled in the heart of Lamu Old Town, was an absolute delight for us first-time visitors to Lamu. It provided a unique opportunity to deeply immerse ourselves in the local culture and connect with the welcoming people. The early morning calls to prayer from the surrounding mosques, for instance, became an integral part of the immersive experience. It is located just a short walk from the boat jetty which is super convenient! The host, Baji, was not only highly responsive but also incredibly helpful. Right from the moment we made our booking, he was readily available to provide us with all the information we needed. Baji even arranged a boat pick-up for us and an enriching Old Town Tour with Abu, who was an absolute delight to be around. The rooms at Jamala were both spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials, making it excellent value for money. The breakfast was also nice and balanced, with the option of tea/coffee, bread, eggs and fruit. There is also a kitchen available complete with a fridge that is available for guests to use. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Jamala again! Thank you to the team for making our inaugural visit to Lamu very memorable!😊😊

The rooms include en suite bathrooms with a shower and complimentary toiletries. The suites also offer views of the sea or garden, as well as a balcony and seating area. We loved the position being tight on the beach , the restaurant was also looking over the beach with beautiful cool breezes. The staff are all very friendly and helpful

Providing garden views, a garden and free WiFi, Samaki House provides accommodation well located in Lamu, within a short distance of 18th Century Swahili House Museum, Lamu Museum and Lamu Fort. It is located 700 metres from Gallery Baraka and offers luggage storage space. The guest house features family rooms. We stayed two nights the whole family (5 persons) and we loved the house from the first minute. It was very clean and in perfect conditions of use. The decoration and distribution is really nice. The bath rooms in perfect conditions and very comfortable, also the bedrooms (the family room is incredible). But the best of all is Moses, who is very friendly and helpful and prepares amazing breakfast. And helped us to contact captain Bubu, who brought us in his dhow between the islands. Very recomendable if you go to Lamu.

Decorated with wood-carved Swahili furniture, the rooms have a seating area and some of them have private balconies. The bathrooms also come with towels. Extras include linen and a fan. Great staff, beautiful space, excellent service

Situated just 10 metres from the Lamu beachfront, Shella white house features a restaurant and a rooftop veranda with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean.

The rooms all include a balcony with outdoor dining facilities. They also come with a seating area and a refrigerator. Some rooms have an en suite bathroom, and others have access to a shared bathroom and shower. Shella White House was perfect. So good customer service: I lost the room key and they handled the situation very well and I was so happy with that. I enjoyed the breakfast and views from the roof top alot.
