The hotel has a very relaxed air coupled with service of a very high order. The staff is very efficient , courteous and attentive. The management ensures highest standards in all services. The cuisine served in the restaurants and the selection of wines in the bar and wine cellar are exquisite. Walks in and around the property are wonderful. There are frequent shuttles to and from Piazza della Repubblica in the heart of Florence with very pleasant chauffeurs.

The view was serene, the room was luxurious by my standards, and the staff were incredibly helpful going above and beyond. The pool looked lovely, even though we weren't up for it. The restaurant was ace the evening we arrived. Glad we booked a few nights there, perfect place to take it easy for a day after travelling by train.

The hosts were very nice and accomodating especially as we stayed over New Years. They were very helpful with all of our questions in regards to getting in and out of the city. Dinners were absolutley amazing! It is the perfect place to relax and unwind as it is out of the busy city. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The cats and dogs are cute :)
