Perfect place for relaxng or reaching any good place in Umbria in 1 hour by car. Clean, calm, well equipped, comfortable apartment, and - for us - the best was the pool and the sunset! The view to the lake is woderful. Silvia is very kind and helpful host, thanks for everything.

super location and great restaurant next to the house for when you arrive late! Maurice is a very nice host and the house has everything you need to explore the area of lake Trasimeno or Perugia

Just enough out of the way to be in restful nature but still fairly close to sites and attractions in the area. Very friendly staff. Great massage was available. Breakfast had tasty home cooked breads and pastries and good coffees.

Grounds and location were beautiful. Plenty of space for our party of 8. Dogs were allowed. Lots of varied trees on property, shady areas. Towels and bedsheets very clean. Everyday surfaces (floors, kitchen, bath) clean. We enjoyed the pool very much. Appreciated the screened windows. Communication with property manager was prompt and friendly.

Lovely place, very pretty and nice with the animals etcetera. unfortunately didn't get to try the restaurant but looked very popular. Well presented rooms.

Beautiful location up the hill overlooking Lago Trasimeno. There is a good size swimming pool. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The bedroom had a balcony with a panoramic lake view. There is plenty of parking available at the property. The local town can be easily reached on foot and has all basic services. The staff is truly wonderful, with Luca offering excellent service, providing recommendations on restaurants as well as activities and sightseeing in the area.
