Excellent breakfast and supper dinner with delicious Pentagonia lamb. Front desk Teo is efficient, professional and very attentive . He welcomed us very warmly and explained everything so clearly. He helped to book our day tours plus transport. He found a room for us to stay the next day so we don’t have to move to another hotel on our last day in El Calafate. Thank you, Teo. You are a 5 star service model!!

Situated near El Calafate's Libertador Avenue, this 4-star boutique hotel boasts spacious accommodation with free WiFi access and great views of the El Calafate Hill and the Argentino Lake. The bartender, Mauricio, is a lovely personal. We had a wonderful evening after arriving late and tired (our flight had been delayed 3 hours) eating some small plates and drinking nice wine. After 5 minutes talking to Mauricio you feel that you’ve been friends for years. He also takes care that breakfast is well organized and remembers the names of all guests.

The Aikendor Hotel Panoramico, located just 1.1 km from the city center of Calafate. It has a heated pool, breakfast service with lake views and there is free WiFi in common areas. location was great in town, very nice views, appreciated the pool and the very nice breakfast

Lagos Del Calafate 4-star hotel is located in the city of El Calafate, at the base of Cerro Calafate with incomparable views to Argentinian Lake and only 100mts. from Av. Hotel location is up on the hill about 7 minutes walk downhill into town. Easy walk and nice to be up high with a view over the town. Nice professional hotel with staff that speak English very well. Beds were good. Pillows very soft would be my only negative. Restaurant has great food at good prices. A nice variety of choices, instead of the usual hamburgers, sandwiches and pizza's everywhere else.

Xelena Hotel & Suites is located at Argentino Lake in El Calafate. Guests staying here can admire the landscape while unwinding in the Health Club, where a 70-square-meter swimming pool is also... The hotel has amazing view! The rooms are spacious and confortable, very clean and the staff is very friendly. The spa is nice and clean. We had the most amazing experience staying here. Everything in the hotel is nice and is worth the price you pay, but I would say the most amazing thing is the view and the authomatic blackout courtains that allows you to wake up to that view.

The "Self" concept allows a significant saving of money to the guest. Similar to a rental apartment but they are actually rooms with private bathrooms. Cosy, loved the games room with the pool table and chess board. Facilities for making meals were ok. Comfortable room, with ok bathroom. The pool was fun! The location is excellent for accessing the Main Street of El Calafate, easily walk to all the shops and tour operator offices.

Situated on a hill at the gateway to Calafate, the 4-star Alto Calafate Hotel provides a warm environment and gorgeous views of the Argentino Lake and the Cerro Calafate. The views and indoor pools are nice. One person of the staff called Rashid was helpfull different from the rest.
