I love the resort and location. It is walkable from the zermatt station but also comes with an option of a mini shuttle running from 7am to 9pm at a call from the station central. I also love the entertainment, pool and spa which I can do within the resort. Staff were friendly as well! Had an opportunity to try out their Hornox restaurant and I think the food were pretty good. …and would like to thank the hotel for the thoughtful ‘gift’ as well! :)

SCHLOSS Zermatt - Active & CBD Spa Hotel ตั้งอยู่ในเซอร์แมท และอยู่ห่างสถานีรถไฟเซอร์แมท ไม่เกิน 300 ม. The hotel was amazing, one of the best stays in our lives. The room was super comfortable, modern and quite big. There was a bath and a shower in the room. Big terrace. The facilities were so great - gym and spa, the breakfast area, just perfect. You could register each morning for free yoga classes! The location is super central just a couple of minutes walk to the railway station. The grocery store is 5 min walk.

So much thought and detail has gone into the building, interior design and facilities of this exceptional boutique hotel which appears to be brand new. It seems that no expense has been spared on quality and I can safely say it is one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. We booked a large suite on the 1st floor (lake side) for my husbands birthday occasion which was very spacious. Everything, from the tv's behind mirrors, to our toothbrushes being engraved, to the thoughtful extras they placed in the room for our children was wonderful. Dinner in the restaurant was also thoroughly enjoyable. Overall, exception quality and exceptional luxury hotel. Can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to everyone looking for a special place to stay :)

Reasonable price. Good comfortable room. Free washing machines and dryers are available for the guests. Good guidance was provided. Breakfast also nice.
