Kevin was wonderful and was always there to help us in any way needed. He let us choose our room when we arrived and lugged our bags around for us. Meals were great too - just order early and let them know when you want to eat. Bed was great as well as the bedding. Kevin was also really helpful in organizing taxi’s for us.
