Visited in December 2023 and it was unexpectedly cold, so they provided some warm jackets. The hotel si fully refurbished and it has everything you need and more (including intelligent toilet seats). We had a twin room and the beds were huge. Everything was suuuper clean, the location was amazing, I have to mention the staff again…all in all…I would recommend it to my friends and family and I would definitely stay here again!

Housed in a traditional courtyard-style building, this well-conserved BuddhaZen offers rooms with modern Chinese décor and flat-screen TVs. My friends and I were exceedingly happy with our choice to stay at Buddha Zen Hotel. It is a beautiful hotel in a very fun, dynamic neighbourhood, with many great cafés and food spots in close vicinity. We also found the rooms to be spacious and super comfortable! Would definitely return here on my next trip to Chengdu.
